This scholarship is awarded to a student who exemplifies the highest degree of integrity and professionalism and who is dedicated to the pursuance of a law enforcement career. 

To qualify, the applicant for this scholarship must:

1. Be a resident of the City of Folsom;

2. Currently enrolled in no less than 6 units per semester; or have applied to/been accepted to a college or university following graduation;

3. Possess a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
